1. Am I able to pick up my order?
As of now, we do not offer order pick-up as an option. Our printing partner fulfills and ships all orders, and all orders are made-to-order and shipped directly to you. Turnaround time is 6-9 business days.
2. Do you offer promotions?
We do! Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to get notified of promotions. We typically give promotions during holidays, the summer and 'Black Friday/Cyber Monday.'
3. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please get in touch with us at email@example.com.
4. What are your product sizing details?
All sizes are unisex unless otherwise noted. All unisex shirts are true-to-size. If you would like a looser fit, size up, and if you would select a slimmer fit, size down. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing chart we have posted for each item—they can be found in the product description section of our store.
5. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged or defective when it arrives, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. When will I get my order?
Orders usually take 3-7 days to fulfill and then are shipped out. The time it takes for the order to ship depends on your location, but it can be estimated at 6-9 business days for Canada.
7. Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. An advanced routing algorithm selects the fulfillment center we use for each order. Most products are fulfilled at the closest production center, but sometimes, due to stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally.
