Q: If I ordered today, would I get my order before Christmas?
A: Orders placed after 5:00 PM on December 12 may not arrive before Christmas due to high demand during the holiday season. To ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order before this deadline.

Q: Is there a local pick-up option available for orders?
A: We're sorry, but we do not offer a local pick-up option at this time. All orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Q: Do you offer promotions?
A: We do! Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list to get notified of promotions. We typically give promotions during holidays, the summer and 'Black Friday/Cyber Monday.' Please note items from collections supporting a non-profit organization are not eligible for any promotions or discounts.

Q: What sizes do your shirts come in, and how do they fit?
A: Our shirts are available in sizes ranging from S to 3XL. Unless specifically mentioned, all our shirts are unisex and designed to be true-to-size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend selecting one size larger than you usually wear, and for a slimmer fit, choose one size smaller. To help determine the best fit for you, we have a sizing chart in the product description section for each shirt on our online store.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged or defective when it arrives, please get in touch with us at info@scarboroughtees.ca.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please get in touch with us at info@scarboroughtees.ca.

Q: When will I get my order?
A: Orders typically take 4 to 7 days to be delivered. This time includes order processing, production, and delivery. Please note that these times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. An advanced routing algorithm selects the fulfillment center we use for each order. Most products are fulfilled at the closest production center, but sometimes, due to stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally.

Q: My order is showing as "Delivered," but I haven't received it. What should I do?
A: If your order is marked as "Delivered," but you haven't received it, it's possible that the package may have been left at your door or acquired by someone else at your address. We advise checking for any delivery notes or additional information the shipping carrier provides. Please note that if the tracking information confirms that the order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or replacement free of charge, as we cannot independently verify whether the parcel has not been received. However, a new order can be placed for the same items if a replacement is still needed.

Q: Why do the colours of my printed order differ from the digital design?
A: Please be aware that different factors like printer types, colour profiles, settings, and printing processes can cause slight variations in the final colour of your prints. While we strive for transparency and your complete satisfaction, it's important to note that 100% colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
