Archive Access Policy
At Scarborough Tees, some designs are intentionally archived to maintain clarity, focus, and long-term brand integrity. Archived designs are not part of our regular storefront and are not guaranteed to return.
That said, limited Archive Access may be granted under specific conditions.
What qualifies for Archive Access
- The design has been formally archived (not discontinued due to quality issues)
- A direct customer request has been made.
- Fulfillment can occur without excess inventory or financial risk (print-on-demand)
How Archive Access works
- Archive Access is made-to-order only
- Access may be granted privately via direct invoice or temporary link
- Archived designs are not publicly relisted
- Standard pricing applies (no discounts or bundle pricing)
What Archive Access is not
- Not a permanent relaunch
- Not a sale or clearance
- Not guaranteed for every request
- Not advertised publicly
Limits & discretion
- Scarborough Tees reserves the right to approve or decline Archive Access requests
- Archive Access may be limited by time, quantity, or capacity
- Repeated requests do not automatically reinstate a design
Why we archive
Archiving allows Scarborough Tees to:
- Protect the meaning and clarity of each release
- Focus on core statements and flagship pieces
- Reduce waste and excess inventory
- Treat past designs as intentional moments, not leftovers
Archive Access exists to honour genuine interest without compromising the archive's discipline.
