Here at Scarborough Tees, we pride ourselves on being Scarborough's own. Each station, each street, each neighbourhood, and each of you is what makes us. As we reflect on the past few weeks, we want to share what it meant to shop local this holiday season.
From November 14th to the end of the year, your decision to shop at Scarborough Tees had an additional, heartfelt significance.
Now, we're excited to share an aspect of your purchase journey that remained unseen yet has had a profound impact on our local community. Unknown to all, a portion of every sale made from November 14th through the end of the year has been carefully set aside to support one of our selected 27 local charities.
But let's be clear. This is by no means a self-celebratory announcement. We're sharing this with the sole intention of celebrating you, our customers. It's about the communal strength we possess when we support local - when Scarborough shows its loyalty, resilience, and love for its own.
We could not have done this without you, and the fact that you chose to support us subsequently supported someone else in need right here in our community.
This journey we embarked on is far from over. We've seen the power of our collective efforts and glimpsed the difference we can make when we stick together.
So, here's to moving forward into a new year with new goals, challenges, and, undoubtedly, recent success stories because, as we've seen, we're stronger together.
